Explosive Final Day of Testimony

Cassie’s final day of testimony was explosive at times. She said, on the stand, “I was basically a sex worker.” She was explaining that she was often told to cancel work obligations in favor of doing freak-offs. The defense objected and the judge told the jury to disregard it, but they heard her say it. They had already heard her say the freak offs were like a job in earlier testimony. Today she testified, “If he was in the mood to have a freak-off, my work would take a backseat.” So she’s saying it was like a job for her to have sex with male prostitutes while Diddy watched and she did that instead of her job at his “request.” That sure sounds like coercion and sex trafficking to me. Many people who are watching all of this say it seems like the government is not yet successfully explaining a federal racketeering theory. I think they are. I think Cassie painted a portrait of a woman trapped in a sexually abusive relationship where she felt forced by her employer/lover to participate in freak-offs in order to keep the career and the relationship going.
